Art is my passion.
I realized I can add another subject and I immediately took the subject Art Appreciation. I was thrilled to hear we will paint and create our sculpture especially when using coffee as a medium and soap for sculpture. It will be my first time to experiment and use such materials.
LADY is my first coffee painting.
Personally, I love painting out doors especially when I am surrounded by nature. I have created this painting in my sacred room that has my energy or vibe, in order to pursue my work.

When I created my first coffee painting I was scared, but eventually I gathered up my confidence and searched online to inspiring myself and create ideas for my painting.
The paintingrepresents any woman who is growing or learning more about herself, surrounded in an environment that represents love for nature or her beauty like nature.
This artwork is created by Rie Kakizaki and it has an image of a woman surrounded by nature. The artist has finished her work in her natural habitat where she can express herself freely in her room.
The elements used in this artwork are
thick lines - the river
Wavy lines - the woman’s hair
Triangular shapes - the mountains
And a rough texture - trees to show the leaves using half-melted coffee
The artist likes to emphasize on the woman’s flowing hair that is swaying with the wind that feels like flowing from different directions since that is also what the artist is experiencing while painting.
Soap Sculpture
Snake is my first soap sculpture

My first idea is creating a snake, but then I was scared for what other people will say since snakes has a negative meaning, but
I still continued sculpting a snake.
I really wanted to put small details and changed the entire look of my sculpture but the lack of time is stopping myself so I just did the best I can do.
Usually, impressions for snakes are thought to be evil or not appealing. According to an article, snake symbolism and meaning when we need to heal or transform our lives as a family in some manner that improves the overall quality of living. Skin shedding is a representation of our transformation. Since our energy and environment changes, my mom and I needed to learn how to have a renewal every day. My mother and I love nature, therefore, the snake moves along the ground, and this creature connects to the Earth’s most primal energy and the force of creation itself. Additionally, I am the year of the Snake.
