Hello!
I thought of making this blog not just for simple entertainment but to help myself out and for anyone who wants to take care of themselves after a depressing situation they had from struggling and battling negative thoughts, negative situations that leads to suicide.
Keep in mind this applies to myself but you can also have your own Self-care routine
so help yourselves up :)
I will divide my self-care into three
Physical
Spiritual
Mental
Physically
Sometimes I start my morning with meditation, simple stretching and exercise.
Your environment and everything around you. When I have a clean environment I feel happy and positive around me and I think this applies to everyone.
After cleaning my room, I have to wash my face.
I use Olay Cleansing foam, it exfoliates and cleanse my face to get rid of dirt and pimples, but since i am just a student, I need to budget so I will stop using Olay and start with a different cleanser.
Next, Eskinol for a deeper cleanser since foam can not cleanse my face entirely in my face. Lastly, Skinmate for the last touch it has Vitamin B3, it dries my pimples.
When it comes to what I eat after washing my face I drink milk and before I go to sleep.

Yes, I know I am 17 years old, but that does not mean I should stop drinking milk.
It is not disgusting, it is very healthy for me.
To eat and drink healthy is one way to protect myself from sickness.
I don’t always shampoo and condition my hair everyday. I only scrub my body using Placenta Oats Scrub or any soap that my mother gives me, I am not choosy (sometimes)
I do not Shampoo and condition everyday because my hair is really frizzy that is why i put on Baby oil after taking a bath. I have been using this since when I was a baby.
Spiritually
Similar to meditating, I would take a deep breath and inhale, exhale until i feel like I have my self altogether.
Connecting with God.
I am roman catholic so if you are not you can skip this. I do believe in God the father almighty creator of heaven and earth.
Prayers, works.
This is my strongest sword I have against anything that brings me down and reading the bible once a day or once a week.

I made a positivity jar with positive quotes and bible verses to make my day! You can also start making for yourself a jar of positivity!
I also go to church even if it is not mass hours and just pray and stay inside and look at the altar, then I feel in peace and I feel relax.

Mentally
Keep inside the POSITIVE THINKING and RECYCLE these thoughts.
Since meditating helps me with my mind, body and spirit I would do this everyday if I am not busy.
What you can do in your mind:
Focus on your strengths.
Focus on solving problems.
Focus on the future instead of reviewing hurts from the past.
Focus on your life instead of your illness.
Music also helps, listening to worship songs or happy songs helps me cheer up.
Try to go back to your hobbies.
I love to sing, write in my journal, play the ukulele, or even make simple covers
Don't forget to breathe in and out, it helps me relax.
Don't forget to be happy and relax, don't stress it.
Don't forget to eat.
